What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We find the best and most cost effective shipping method for our products, if shipping within Canada, is by using prepaid Canada Post boxes. For $20, I can put up to 11 lbs or 5 kgs of product into a box, that weight is equivalent to approx 15 bars of bath soap. Shipping fees for larger orders or international orders will be arranged on an individual order basis.
How can I track my order?
Once I deliver your order to the post office, I will scan the tracking information on the receipt and forward it to you.
I have changed my mind. Can I cancel or change my order?
Changes or cancellations can be made up to time of mailing your parcel. Orders will generally be mailed out within a few days of receipt of your order.
