Lavender Wands

Hand woven wands is an old European tradition. For hundreds of years, lavender wands were made to use in wardrobes to keep clothes fresh and bug free. When you gently squeeze or tap the bulb, the lavender oil releases. They will last up to 10 years. The long stem Grosso variety is very hard to grow in the NB climate but we have some plants thriving in a micro climate area of our property. Wands are the best way to preserve the beautiful fragrance of our Grosso plants! Each wand takes about an hour to weave. But so worth the work! And so pretty to leave out on display as a decoration too!
